• Cover the general properties of the earth’s geosphere, hydrosphere, and atmosphere.
• Learn and study the sections of the geosphere (core, mantle, crust, etc.)
• Study minerals, rocks, and the rock cycle.
• Discuss plate tectonics, seismic waves, earthquakes, and volcanoes.
• Learn about fossils and the sedimentary rocks where they are found and how both uniformitarians and catastrophists interpret those fossils.
